Alright so I went to church this morning and taught Sunday School. There’s nothing like little children to get you in the Christmas spirit. I love how kids glow around Christmas time, they have such unbound joy. Anyway, finished all my Christmas wrapping and helped my mother with preparing the food. Tonight I’ll go to church again and then we’ll celebrate! Woo hoo!!
Christmas Time? December 23, 2006
So exams are over, and I’m feeling more normal now, but I’m really disappointed because I don’t feel very festive. It seems surreal that it’s almost Christmas and the weather isn’t helping, it’s mild and rainy. I just have to rely on pictures and Christmas music to get me in the spirit. This is my cousin’s baby, isn’t she adorable? Anyway, most of my Christmas shopping is done and I’m just going to work at the museum and relax for the next couple of days.
Life is Crazy December 20, 2006
Well, last night was seriously awful. I finally cracked after many weeks of stress. I wish I had waited though, tonight’s my last exam, it’s finally over. I’m really looking forward to a few weeks of freedom. I still need to buy my parent’s Christmas gifts but that won’t take me long. Probably will spend the next few days excavating, sleeping and lazily planning for my trip to Poland in June.
